Alan Brady – Executive Head Chef

Alan graduated – with merit – as a chef, in 2004. Since then he has earned considerable experience and a great reputation, rising quickly to the position of head chef. Prior to his involvement in setting up The Italian Kitchen, he has held senior positions in several of Dublin’s landmark kitchens, including The Fitzwilliam, The Hilton, Radisson Blu and The Holiday Inn.

Part of what forms Alan’s talents in the kitchen is his appetite for the other pleasures of life, including boxing, golf and hockey. He also enjoys reading about other cultures then visiting them – which, no doubt, involves sampling the local cuisine!

Gina Bokin – Restaurant Manager

On your arrival at The Italian Kitchen, you will be greeted by our Manager, Gina Bokin. If you’re scratching your head, wondering where you have seen her before, just look back over some of your most enjoyable dining experiences over the last few years. Prior to The Italian Kitchen, Gina managed Marco Pierre White’s Dawson Street and Donnybrook restaurants. Before that Gina was at Fitzers, also on Dawson Street.

Gina is a dedicated restauranteur and a lover of Italian cuisine, and no matter how busy we are, she ensures you are given the welcome you deserve.
