Catherine joined the team at the Italian Kitchen for an exciting and mouth-watering cooking demonstration for clients of the hotel.
On the night, Catherine talked about the wonders and traditions of Italian cuisine and dining.
Following this, Catherine demonstrated how to make pasta and open ravioli with wild mushroom and chicken sauce.
The dessert demonstration was amaretto truffle torte finished off with the Italian liqueur limoncello.
